Great job man, this bot looks like magic in the forums.

We would like including me to see the script that grab all the old links but you think it will affect on the server in case we have 1+ million thread ?

Plugin menager and enable
LinkzBot - Delete Link Records when deleting Thread to reduce DB size
 
ah i see, i though i saw this somewhere but i though it's enabled by default, thanks i will try it. :)

EDIT: there is an admiccp option, looks like it's not ready yet, right ?

Hmm its not good idea,
My method:
On my forums rules is very simple, for only one fake links user will get ban and all post deleted... so, after that user can register other acc again and post same fake links if you have this options enabled, because is better to turn off this!

You have a point there but if the post were deleted for duplicate reasons?
 
Everytime someone tries to post a duplicate link i get a DB error in my mail

Yes and im had, this error from time to time, but today i have tons of this error, also im checked for links like on your error bs.player_pro_2.53_build_1034.rar.html and find very much double links, for some reason mod stop working... i will try repair download_links table but im not sure that is problem with db...

This is really weird. I can't reproduce the error. Can you please tell me your site. The only thing I can think of is if you have another mod installed that's interfering with it. By turning off other plugins for a few minutes you could find which one it it. I could then create a fix to prevent this happening again.

Remember to check with groups you've set to bypass the settings. It may be that members can bypass it and that's why your finding duplicate links. Also if the original post was made before you've added the mod then it won't prevent the duplicate post.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I've got a new job in real life so work has slowed. IPB is in testing. I'll probably add it to OnlyWarez first for a few days before releasing it.
