lol they done several upgrades the site grows quickly do u have an idea of how many members can register per day there!even noobs know bout warezbb!for me its the best community!

Yeah wbb is the best but the site is big they should do something about the downtime.
We know they are working, we saw last time also they upgraded their server and still the messege pop ups that high server load.
I don't think this server issue will ever be solved.

They have constantly tried to prevent autoposters and leechers on WBB by adding captcha and other scripts but coders always find way's around them.

Example 1: Sharpleech

People have been reporting issues with wbb. I can confirm that something is wrong. After leeching a few topics the site starts throwing 403 (forbidden) errors. I THINK they are trying to block leechers. I'll look into the problem when I get some time. For now if you use wbb I recommend setting the pause value to 5000. That might help.

Bumpety bump. I've been looking at the wbb problem and it seems they are analyzing what topics you (read: SharpLeech) view. When they detect a pattern in that they will block you based on your session ID. Or at least that is what it looks like to me.

I've done some testing and it seems like there is an easy solution. Replace the contents of Warez_BB.xml with this:

Before you start leeching from wbb with the modified plugin set the pause value to 1 so that it leeches in sync mode. I've leeched 8 pages with this method without errors.

Poor capcha script. Spoofed the id and result on the first attempt 8-). The only thing they are stopping is "honest" posters. Good for them I guess. Would of done some wider testing but I see they took the site down for 12 hours.

Anyway, blocking bots? Not really.

At times I feel sorry for Warez-BB. They have a small development team and it has to remain small due to security and legal problems. They can't employ thousands and have server farms in every country let they have thousands with hundreds of servers working against them.
