Do you provide anything extra or any gifts for the currently using users? Since we got transfered without knowing it =P Something like 10gb disk extra for all? Or fantastico script for all for free? Would gain you allot of trust from the current users =)
 


Here, this is what I think my problem lies. The server IP is the same, should that be?

Goohman our server is not down. This is the problem you are on the USA hosting package since you can access that by ip back up your home directory and we will move you over to our USA hosting. Same for everyone on USA. Also I warned all the customers there was going to be a switch. We are adding Fantastico though. Also if you did not receive the email check your spam because it was sent 3,2, and 1 day before the servers where switched. So there are not going to be any freebies. Change name servers to ns1. and ns2.speakuphosting.com if you are on the offshore hosting plan. USA stay with the same name servers as before. For everyone else our store will be online soon!

Ah.... ok, but um..... I never had control over my domain name. I registered it with THP and i guess iMack has to do that, it would be great if I was able to do it right now but I dont know if he registered it with his own account on the registrar or what.

So basicly my dns has to go back to r00twarez right?

sales@speakuphosting.com I sent another one today.. :) Still I cannot use my ID to access Ftp or the cpanel

I sent you the information AGAIN and still nothing.. Today is the 18th and I would like to work on my forum this weekend. I am not trying to be rude. I have the use of the cpanel but not the Ftp. It just puzzles me that I have not gotten any response. I will keep my fingers crossed that will happen shortly.
