Hello, on 23/04/2010 12:40:31 PM (GMT+3) i ordered a server from shubhank008 after i sent the money i didn't received not even a reply to my messages.
Today i put a friend to contact him, since he doesn't want to talk to me and .... he is talking with my friend.X-(
Now i opened a paypal dispute but he said that his paypal was limited.
I just want my money back.

First of all, AMRT shud be replying in this thread as well for same case.
And answer is YES, i will say that both of them are scammed because of me

First of all, first T3 sent me money and thn AMRT sent me money aswell after 2 hrs frm him
After 30 minutes my paypal acc got limited, I tried to get it unlimited but next day I just found that my paypal account was deleted.
They said that I broke their new TOS for Indians as I use my PP funds to purchase online lately

Also, T3 i sent u 2 off mssgs abut this via yahoo and I even got ur mssgs too but u didnt replied any mssg

He cant be a scammer mate thats what I can say.
And watching at the above screenshot, it cannot be based upon scamming.
He might be having some problem and if you have not used the service then he should refund you as you have had problem in the begining.
Else I don't know their TOS so they know better.

i dont care scammer or whtever as i havent dealt with him so cant say one way or the other,but best course of action would be to eitehr refund,or give wht was paid for.. isnt the problem of the buyer wht happend to a pp acct

I agree with iMage, if someone sent you money for some kind of service, and didn't receive said service, then they should be refunded. If they don't get refunded, for whatever reason, it is a scam.
