Accounts which are suspended all receive an email, in this email it explains the suspension notice and reasons why you have been suspended. This email usually does not come instantly. If you submit a ticket out representatives will be able to give you a clear reason why the server admin suspended you. As this is a sales thread we cannot assist you with your problem here.

Warez linking is allowed on all of our servers, And depending on what the videos are, how your going to share then and if your the owner. We have to take these measures to prevent the activity of warez hosting.

30 Day Refund is a scam...

Your Refund has been denied as you used "250meg +" of services while on this Rapidleech account.

Our trial limit as stated in the terms is only 200meg, once you exceed this amount you are then not eligible for a refund.

As Stated in our terms

Rapidleech planes are refundable if the bandwidth is below 200MB, User who have used over this limit are not eligible to a refund.
On Sign up all clients accept the following terms. If you want to trial a package and purchase it, then your are only allowed to use under 200MB, You however must have used above that limit in which your refund was not given.
Sorry for the inconvenience but you should double check and read the terms before purchase.

i did read the terms and i am not wanting a refund because i just feel like it
your upload & download speed is crap when you were claiming good speeds
and your server was down a few times...
therefore disrupting my daily routines
so i see that i should have a FULL Refund.
 
Worst hosting i have ever used. Website i down minimum one a day, sometimes 2-3 times.

Is it possible if you can you please PM us your Customer ID and we will check this for you. Our servers are monitored daily and as far as I know they haven’t been down 3 times a day. You may refer to the server status page for more details. If a downtime ever occurs all customer are informed by email and told to check http://blog.your247host.com for more details on what has occurred which is preventing the server from being available.
If there is anything else concerning you please submit a ticket and we can sort your problems out as soon as possible.

when i was hosted with you guys (RS2RS) i had downtime a few times a day and then when i wanted a refund you said you cant as i have gone past the 200mb bandwidth limit !

I advise you a look over the claim you are trying to make. You say that you’re getting downtime now as far as I know the uptime of the Germany Frankfurt server has been great. It is one of our top servers that have had the best uptime in the past months.
When you made your post on our thread saying ‘the 30 Day refund is a scam’ This post was made on the

The server uptime on our server status page says
24 Days 20:19:16
Now if you do the maths there is a 19 Day gap between the date you posted and todays date (6th April). If there server has been up for 24 Days how have you ever experienced downtime?

As for your uploads how can they fail, They obviously went if you uploaded multiple parts of RAR files without errors.

I saw when they posted that you went over.
No matter if their servers suck, no matter if pages didn't load, you went ABOVE 200MB. Meaning NO refunds.
Next time read their TOS.
If you were having so many problems you should have contacted them, not continuing to download.

but saying that someone is a scammer and posting to not buy from their services is not right.

do what everyone else does, make a post, argue, and then it will be locked.

I do not care about the screenshot, as i have told you.
This is not the method of going about things. You did not provide any proof of them "scamming" you, or them having "crappy" services.
from the screenshot you sent me, you only asked for a refund. You never submitted other tickets telling them there were problems, or you were having problems downloading things.
You just kept downloading and went over 200mb as stated in the ticket.
i'm not trying to defend them if they are wrong, they could have bad service for all i know.
just the way you have handled this is wrong and proves nothing.
