I’d be curious to know how consistent the streaming speed is for users in Asia and South America, and whether there are any practical upload-size or bandwidth limits for larger video libraries.

That's impossible, i just added backup server, can you try again?

I can confirm that. Almost none of my videos play - they just keep buffering. And when a video does start playing, it starts buffering again right in the middle.

I quickly watched 5 videos. One played fine, one started playing but got stuck buffering when I fast-forwarded, and the other three didn't even start playing.

I tried a few more. It starts playing, but whenever I fast-forward, it always buffers (the loading circle spins in the player), and it often buffers every few seconds.

You needed to wait 5 minutes for the disk hits to lower, it has been lowered and migrated to backup, you can see it's fine now, if not you need 5 more minutes for stable effect

No, it does not appear only during ad blocking. Kaspersky shows this warning while the page is loading normally.

I’ve translated the warning page into English and attached a screenshot so you can see exactly what is displayed.

Also, the videos do not load when these requests are blocked. The /api/stream endpoint in particular appears to be required for video playback.

So it looks like Kaspersky may be detecting these URLs as false positives, but the blocking is preventing the videos from playing.
