  1. Yes, we can adjust country groups for individual accounts. However, these changes are made per account, not across the entire platform. If you'd like to request a country tier adjustment (such as Spain or Mexico), please contact us from your registered email address via support@cloudfam.io or reach out on Telegram @Cloudfamio. We'll be happy to review your request.
  2. You can start earning from day one. There is no minimum requirement to begin earning.

I worked with UploadFam for quite some time and received 20 successful payouts. In the beginning, withdrawals were processed almost instantly—usually within just a few minutes of submitting a request. Later on, payout times became longer, and some withdrawals took up to 10 days to be completed. However, it's worth noting that every payout was ultimately processed without issues.

When it comes to their PPD program, I considered it one of the strongest on the market at the time. I can't really comment on its current state, as I no longer use the service. I switched because I prefer working with PPS-based file hosts.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you use UploadFam's PPD model alongside a PPS host such as RapidGator, your sales may drop significantly. In other words, it is possible to earn money with this setup, but the results are usually not as good as focusing entirely on a PPS model.

The administrator is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, support was available and helpful.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to reduce the free download speed. Doing so could encourage more premium conversions.

Overall, UploadFam is a solid file host, especially for users who prefer the PPD earning model.

Regarding the payout delay you mentioned, you're absolutely right. During that specific month, payouts were delayed due to internal issues with our banking partners. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Our ultimate goal has always been to provide the best possible service to our uploaders.

As for PPS, we're happy to inform you that we've already introduced it, with 80% of the revenue going directly to the uploader. In addition, we also offer AdFlow, which you may already be familiar with.

A file sales system has been introduced, allowing users to sell files directly on Cloudfam. The current revenue share is 85/15, with uploaders earning 85% for each sale.

To activate this feature, please log in to your account and navigate to the Profile section to enable Selling Mode. Thank you.
