We would like to clarify a few points regarding our platform.

Our current storage and retention policy is publicly available in our Terms of Service and has been updated to reflect the current operation of the platform.

UpnShare is a video hosting and streaming platform, not a permanent file storage service. Videos that receive no views or downloads for an extended period may be removed according to our policy. Accounts used primarily for inactive storage/archive purposes may also be restricted.

We do not remove active videos simply to free up storage. If any user believes that an active video was removed incorrectly, please provide the account username, email address, or affected video IDs so that we can investigate the case individually.

We also continue to provide support through our live chat system and Telegram. If anyone has experienced difficulty contacting us, please share the account information so we can review the support history.

We are happy to investigate any specific case, but we cannot verify anonymous claims without account details or video information.

Can you clarify what exactly is meant by "an extended period"?

15 days? 30? 90?

And if your platform does have an expiration policy, then maybe you should update that "unlimited storage" claim, don't you think?

Also, can you clarify what counts as a view? Do you have to watch part of the video, or is one second enough? And what about people using Adblock, do their views still count?

Ask your questions directly in their chat. They always reply fairly quickly.

As for your questions about the number of views, I don't see the point, since they don't pay uploaders. You can only monetize your videos with custom ads.
