    Since it's tough to reach them, do you happen to know , do they really have a policy now that deletes inactive media files after a while?

    I assume that's no longer the case, meaning you delete inactive videos after a certain amount of time. I've noticed that on some websites, many old videos stored on your hosting service return the error "Video not found or deleted". Could you clarify if this is the case?
