Why should it depend on your location? I'm also from the US, and I'm guessing if the host is in Japan (which I assume, given the language in the Terms of Service), then it would be a long way for me too.

The question is: Which payout method are you using? Or are they referring to you with the message "Find another host to cheat with (bot users)"?

I've received all my payouts so far, maybe two days later, but I've always received them.

No friend, the location thing was just a joke, I'm from Spain and regarding the host's warning I hope it's not because of me because I've never cheated, my method is TRC-20 and I've been waiting for payment for more than a week, it makes me very angry that they don't pay me...

Why don't you try contacting them directly—either by tagging @FS Support or by sending a private message? I really have no idea; all I can tell you is that, so far, I've always received my money.

Your 05-23 was PAID.
Your 05-04 was PAID.
Your 04-16 was PAID.

Your current amount do not amount to $20 right now so you do not have enough to request. We dont have any outstandings with you.
 
Free users can download at speeds exceeding 80 MB/s.

Please limit the speed for free users to 300K-500K/S.
