Current payment systems now allow for commission-free options, unlike in the past when commissions were unavoidable.

Nope, automatic payout requests are currently randomly generated by that i mean within every week on a random day system generates requests for accounts that meets the criteria of activity and of course minimum payout threshold. By activity criteria i mean your account is not dead it receives uploads and views/downloads regulary.

Es decir, cada semana, en un día aleatorio, el sistema genera solicitudes para las cuentas que cumplen con los criterios de actividad y, por supuesto, con el umbral mínimo de pago.
