There used to be a lot more tube sites allowing embeds, but many stopped because of DMCA issues. Harder to find good ones now.

Any serious person will self host the videos. Sure it costs some money up front but the results are far better in the long run.

That said, I am aware of some very successful sites that only use embeds and still make a killing.
