This is a sincere feedback for Byse. I hope the team will take this as constructive input and work on possible solutions.
First, I noticed that adding subtitles has become very difficult, especially on mobile devices. The system is no longer mobile friendly. Even when using desktop mode on a phone, uploading subtitles does not work. It feels like this feature was not fully tested on mobile, which affects many users who rely on phones.
Second, the panel being unavailable for long periods, sometimes up to 12 hours, can seriously affect users. Many of us are located in Asia, and if we upload videos in the morning and find the panel unavailable, we are forced to upload elsewhere just to meet our audience demand. When this happens often, users slowly move to other platforms. This creates a bigger problem, because later accounts may be deleted due to low to no income generation, even though the issue started with panel downtime. From the user side, this situation feels unfair. If panel locks are necessary, some form of rotation or limited access would help reduce the impact.
Third, there seems to be an issue with remote upload. It often does not connect properly. Direct upload is not always a good option because upload speed can be very slow. Users are forced to refresh repeatedly to switch servers just to find one that uploads faster, which is frustrating and time consuming.
These are genuine concerns shared with respect. I hope the team will consider them carefully, as they directly affect user experience, trust, and long term platform growth.
