Please fix the issue with emails not arriving. I tried multiple email addresses, used a VPN, and tried different account - emails still don't come through. For example, if you accidentally enable Security Lock without payout details or with outdated details, your account becomes broken because you can't withdraw funds until you contact support. That's acceptable the first time, but what about next time? Will I have to contact support for every payout?

Our team informed us that problem has been fixed 2 days ago, And you should not be faced with a problem, Also, Security lock , will not impact your ability to request your payout.

So, We will forwarded your message to our team for check.

I was incorrect when I said that you couldn't withdraw funds. I meant that in my case every request contains outdated payout details (Payeer). I just checked again, and the emails do not arrive. I thought the mailing service you use might have blocked my country (I've encountered that on another site before), but even if you try to turn off Security Lock from a US IP, the emails still don't arrive.

I see that you accessed my account and made a withdrawal request. I did not ask for that. If you have the ability to manage the account, please disable Security Lock on my account.

This issue is under review. Your IP or country is not blocked; rather, it seems that this part of our service (the email for deactivating the security lock) is experiencing a problem and emails is not being sent from the server.

Regarding your payment, since it appeared that you were in a hurry to receive your earnings (due to the delay in receiving your first payment), we assumed you were eager to receive it, and as a result, we submitted a request for payment from your account. Your new payout information has been sent to us via email, and your earnings have been deposited into that wallet.

Regarding access to your account: aside from essential matters like the issue you raised, we do not have any access to users' accounts. Once the email issue is resolved, you will easily be able to make the desired changes to deactivate the security lock.

My main reason for contacting you was about the Security Lock. I can't change basic settings on my account, for example my login password, or change email, or payout details. The link shown in the screenshot simply doesn't arrive at my email.
