He doesn't answer emails or private messages and doesn't let anyone contribute anything, so it's a private site and uploading content is not allowed.

Not when I entered and left this thread, I registered and was able to upload several videos, but the next day I couldn't upload anything anymore.
What I'm saying is, I contacted him and he doesn't answer or provide support or anything, so I don't understand why he opens a thread saying we can register and upload to x host and then blocks the uploads.
Promote his website, lol
