It's NOT a good sign when you need to chase someone in order to get a sales representative to answer a couple of questions.
So, I should NOT have to open an account and I should BE ABLE to get a sales rep through their website.
If they can't do that than they're either incompetant or unprofessional and I should NOT do business with them.

Apologies for the earlier confusion. To answer your question directly: our servers are indeed located in the United States. I appreciate your feedback and will ensure I provide clearer responses.
At the moment still use vsys. Reliable, very good uptime, customer service is great
Had very bad experience with alexhost. Won't explain it here, because it sucks
I don't know this can be an option for you or not, I using shinjiru as well and they have Bulgaria server. Shinjiru service is excellent!
