Hi Everyone,

Well, I'm going to start a "Copyrighted Adult Video Website," so I'm looking for a good domain provider who doesn't take down domain names easily.

Right now, I have a few options. Tell me if you know any except this; if you know a better one, tell me too:

• Orengewebsites (InternetBS reseller): $23.50 for .com, no KYC, anonymous.

• 2dm.prohoster.info (maybe a reseller): $14.50 for .com, possibly no KYC, anonymous.

• EasyDNS (ICANN registered): $27 for .com with privacy. They registered ThePirateBay, but I’m not sure how strong Canada’s protection is. Some say it was due to personal connections.

• ZadeServers.net (reseller): $14 for .com, likely no KYC, anonymous. They usually resell from Global Domain Group or OpenProvider but offer others too.

So, I have some concerns, and that is that people say anonymous domain providers like this may register domains in their name—making them the real owner.

What if they turn out to be like Njalla, who was accused of stealing domains? And more than that, if I buy VPS & video hosting from the same provider, then they will be able to take my whole website, right?

Thank you so much!

Offshore Domains (For Privacy that doesn't mean you can do illegal activities):

mediaon.com
todaynic
easydns (Recommended)
eurodns
securednet.su

So you vote for EasyDNS. Do you use them personally or does anyone you know?

And I think, unlike the other options here, they require a valid name and address, right? So should I take it from Google Maps?

And no illegal content; all are legal adult embedded content.

nicenic
eranet
lyrahosting

I used them and they're almost certainly don't care about any copyright requests

NiceNic: Saw many comments about them that they take down domain name.

Eranet: They told me - "We are sorry, but we do not support gray websites".

Lyrahosting: Good reputation for grey areas website hosting. So they're domain re-seller right for whom?

And how long do you use this providers?

nicenic works good for me for a years
eranet also, nevertheless they can hold your domain abruptly without providing reason
lyrahosting most unexperienced, but so far so good. looks like they are tucows reseller. not sure about this

So what do you think which one better option?

And is it true the domain reseller who don't want personal information from you they're the actual domain owner?

I would personally choose nicenic, but it's tough to advice something, because it anyway requires some tests on your website and your content. maybe it worked well only for me. however nicenic more user friendly than eranet

every domain resellers required personal information as I remember. anyway I never met the one that didn't require it
