i remember a while back you were saying something about how people couldnt copy the video without it becoming unviewable

i have my settings on no cloning, but i do have the download option available.

it seems like a few of my things have been remotely downloaded onto another streaming host.

is that still a thing (not using the official download button will make the file unplayable)

or am i just dreaming?

Our system pays Monday-Friday automaticly, Saturdays we process payout manually, Sundays our financial team doesn't work.
 
Hi, there is a warning on the deleted files panel. The first time it appeared there was a tab in videos indicating which corrupted files were deleted, but the next day it simply disappeared. I notice that new and old videos show a message about a problem on the server. Did the tab really disappear and are the servers experiencing problems? Thanks for letting me know.

We want to update you on some recent server maintenance. Unfortunately, we experienced a data loss on one of our servers due to a RAID controller failure. Even after replacing the controller, we were unable to restore the affected files.


To address this, we’ve implemented a system to help recover those files. Any file that failed to recover is now marked in red in your file manager. There’s no need to delete these files—simply reupload the file, and our system will automatically replace the broken version with your new upload. Importantly, your existing file codes and links will stay the same, so no updates are needed on your side.

There are several servers, there are videos from 2024 with problems.

Issue is limited to one server cluster however our one server cluster is capable of storing 1PB of data.

The system is designed now to replace all failed files which means even if you have broken file and someone else uploads exact same file it will replace yours as well.

I saw one of my files in red, but when I tried to play it, it worked fine, although others didn't.

If it's necessary to re-upload files, it would be nice to get a list of which files are affected.
Doing it one by one through the manager is too tedious when you have thousands of files.

even if we have the back up file, we need so much time because of the Queueing line
