Suggestions for Starting an Upload/Download Website

I'm planning to start an upload/download website and would love to get some suggestions. What features should I include to make it user-friendly and efficient? I want to focus on fast uploads and downloads, secure storage, and ease of access for users. Some things I'm considering are file sharing options, support for large files, and ensuring good speeds.

Currently What I have:
|- A Nice Domain
|- Original Yetishare license
|- Proxy Server (4c/16ram Server | Russia | 1Gbps)
|- Main Server (8c/32ram Server | Russia | 10 Gbps)
|- Storage Server (2c/8ram Server/2TB HHD RAID 1+0 | China | 10 Gbps) x5
|- Archive Server (2c/4ram VPS/4TB HHD RAID 0 | China | 1Gbps [Internal Link]) x2

What features do you think would be important for such a platform? Any tips on what makes a great file-sharing site would be greatly appreciated!

another suggestion:

be different to all the others with their stupid 30/60 day file deletions. Make it 180 days. it gives webmasters low view videos to stay up instead of having to reupload when they get deleted.

and the last suggestion

dont screw people over with shaving their earnings. keep it honest, if you cant afford the rates you say, then lower the specified rates to what you can afford.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will make sure to be as transparent as possible in PPD/PPV as this my first project I know it will be hard to maintain and sustain in this business I have approx. $190 of server up and running and also have reserves to maintain the project for next 6 months, well let's see what happen, currently home page design is in progress soon share the design for some tweaks/suggestions.
