okay:
1. get rid of the ugly splash page.
2. delete the DhiWArez Downloads – Discussion & News - its just stupid to rip katzforums.
3. make your download forums viewable by guests.
4. make your tutorials forum private.
5. get a new skin if possible, this one is overused.. and a new favicon.
6. guests are allowed to vote in poll's? (click) - change that.

theres loads more for you to improve but just start with these dumb-obvious things.

yes the coding was horribly done and the buttons look like there was no time spent on it
