Due the recent problems, we had a huge encoding queue, over 1500 videos pending for encoding servers are processing no stop

The queue dropped now to 80 pending , and will stabilize very soon

Web upload. Upload worked. Videos were there in the file manager. But didn't share it yet. When I came back to share the link, videos gone
