If you left the sales group, I think the thread should be closed now. Because people are complaining here but you have no clue to answer.


And hey, I received a PM from some person today stating he wants a refund or he would open a dispute. He thought me to be icanhost.me lol (He does not have an account with us). And later he said he made a mistake.

I am not associated with icanhost.me. So please dont PM me with icanhost.me issues.

as far as i knw most ppl are refunded and yes u can close this thread

Most people aren't refunded. I requested many times but got nothing and lost my domain.
Paid $14 and got 2 weeks hosting + tons of headaches.

The best way to check if a hosting provider is to legit is to see if they have put up their address on the website.

You got a domain included in that price?

Anyway if it got locked, you can use the domain for 1 year at least.

talk to the msn support they will surely help u , it will be more beneficial for you all to talk with the msn support rather than replying here as no one is going to report it to the owner
 
EVERYTHING IS FIXED

domain transferred to woja,MYSQL fixed,backup restored..
from today there will be weekly backups on our server and also the fees for the number of days for which the server was down will be deducated on next invoice..please contact IM support for more info.
