Currently, unfortunately, not, because the method is too rarely requested. It's not worth the effort to look for extra exchangers, integrate them, etc. to end up being used 1x a month.

...it's definitely on its way. Unfortunately, the Bitcoin fees are currently extremely high again (6-25$ per transaction), so we have to wait a bit until they have fallen again. Your payout is currently on hold on the blockchain. It depends on the network, how fast the queue is processed. https://bitcoinfees.net
We also once posted an info banner in the payout section.

No problem ive seen that the fees are way to high and today it got the confirmations i needed
 
I am getting an FTP login error: 'cd: Login failed: 530 Login incorrect.' However, I have regenerated the FTP login information from the Voe.sx Dashboard, but I am still getting this error.

All withdrawals of $50 or more are or were processed quickly. Those below that take a little longer. We can't pay a $5 fee on a $10 bitcoin withdrawal. We check this daily and send out the transactions gradually with low fees, unfortunately this takes some time until the network has confirmed this. I'll try to push that again. Bitcoin transactions will soon be sent out automatically again as in the past, but the tests cannot currently be carried out due to the high fees.

Does the problem still exist? If in doubt, please create a ticket directly in the account, where we check several times a day. My just self-generated access worked, reasons could be technical errors or that you have not logged in again for 30 days, which means that the access data is no longer synchronized.

We already answered your ticket hours ago :) The storage space is automatically allocated every 5 days based on views and turnover, starting at 75/100% disk space used.

35 Seconds for all videos. We used to have a 5% rule, but adult content with a running time of 2-3 hours was not counted if the users only watched a few minutes. That's why we set it at 35 seconds back then. We currently don't have a premium plan or similar, the premium stats specification is only that we offer more data than usual and show for example data like the adblock rate or the used traffic in statistics.

Otherwise, always create tickets, until cooperation requests that are currently unfortunately waiting, most requests are viewed and answered within 24h :)

Yes, Unfortunately this is due to the fact that we always manually forward the paypal payments and we mostly wait until 2-3 have accumulated. Actually, they should already have been paid out at the end of last week, but the Exchanger has unfortunately been unreliable and we had to switch again. I have now pushed the topic again, hope that will now be executed in 24-48h. The order was placed and paid.

All Bitcoin withdrawals except one have now been sent to the network. Please note that the current high fees keep increasing and it takes some time for the network to confirm them. https://bitcoinfees.net (6h has been the estimate, we are over it now)

Unfortunately we can't give the remote upload area the time it needs to run smoothly. Since remote uploads are often used by accounts with low turnover, the priority is unfortunately somewhat low. But we know that and try to revise it soon. The old remote upload system is not compatible with the new one.

i can't change anything in my account no option keeps throwing me the message at the top

  • Password does not match your current account password.
  • The new password field is required when current password / is present.
i do everything right and it keeps getting the same messages

Bitcoin transaction fees are currently very high, running up to $15-40 per transaction. https://bitcoinfees.net/ We have sent your withdrawal, but it takes time for it to be accepted by the bitcoin network. We sent it with 123 sat/B, which according to Bitcoinfees should be 6h, but in the meantime the fees have increased extremely, so the 123 was not enough, currently min. 300 are necessary to be confirmed within an hour.

Therefore, unfortunately, we can only wait until the current fees fall again and the transaction is confirmed. Unfortunately, this is due to the structure of Bitcoin network. :(
