They say "You can exchange BTC to USD or EUR and withdraw funds to MasterCard bank cards", then what is the problem?

There is no problem, of course. The most important thing is it works. I hope the ATM card option will be back soon. Because it is a better option.

They advise how to exchange funds. They also say all will be back to normal soon. Webmoney is not going anywhere!
