I read for some, good support is important when choosing a domain name registrar. It’s interesting, any of you have ever contacted such a support service and why?

Namecheap is an extremely popular choice amongst webmaster simply because domains are very cheap compared to their relative competitors (IE GoDaddy). They also have good customer support, and a great UI.

For example, at the same Panamanian registrar, the cost of renewing the TLD is known in advance for 10 years in advance.
