Go to "My Account" and in the box beside Password, there is a link that says Change Password.

I've already solved it. "Security lock" was on. In this case, the password change option is not displayed.

I don't know if you've fixed the uploads issue but I have a Remote URL upload that has been sitting in "pending" state for the past 10 minutes.
Does Remote URL upload not work?
What about Video File uploads and Z-O-O-M uploads, do those not work too?

I did "Log off" and now I can't "Log In". Appear the message:

More like days but if it's because the DDOS attacks I can understand.
But I can't understand how both side is working but I can't upload with Zoom. :D
