Whats the best image hosting script

I currently use Mihalism Multi Host ( its free ) but the features are less and more over the URLS are not at all user friendly .. Links are provided in 8 to 10 digits

Are there any good that i can introduce reward system ( geo targeted to certain countries not all )

And good image hosting script like in case of forum u have vB , IPB etc

I think you are best off getting one that is close to what you want and modifying it to fit your needs.

i used Advanced Image Hosting Script v2.3 from Yabsoft
its ok since it has admin cp to do lots of settings, its kinda buggy but customer support will sort it out.
