What is the best offshore hosting company?

As per the onshore hosting, the best host and most well-known would be hostgator, so well, what about offshore hosts, which host offers best support/service, best uptime, and yet speed. Thanks in advance. =)

For shared hosting or Dedicated? I think you mean shared , well there are many good comapny's out there cant really point out only one.

lol what? I am not advertising any host here, and no I dont own hostgator. Zzz..

And @ Lisvo, I meant both shared and dedicated hosting. What are your recommendations?
 
Seems like wrzhost is the most recommended by most, I'm currently hosted on hostmywarez, and I'm not impressed with their service and all. Thanks..

For dedicated I will say worldstream and Ecatel, you may find other too that I do not know about.

I've experienced many reseller companies offshore that offer shared, from what all I've gone through, I'd have to say This1Host.com, their staff provide the best support possible and always help out positively, honestly, Reece (Storming n' his team 4tw!).
