You can find the FTP details inside settings page.
We did not change the tiers, everything is same as before, we will consider to move France soon.

But when i use a VPN, the website work fine.

Could be some temporary issue, please try to clear cache or restart modem & try again.

It roughly takes 30 mins for the videos to be removed from the search results due to cache.

Good morning, so i just tested after 8 hours and the files are still appering in the search, maybe the private function is not working ?

Is it also normal to have captcha every 4 or 5 click ? It's really annoying.

Facing a small issue withe FTP server, the issue will be resolved max in 1 hr.
The captcha will be asked only if there is any attack on our servers rest of the time it will be normal.
If you face the issue all the time please skype us.
 
How to preserve file name when remote uploading from google drive?
Besides, is remote upload from google drive down? It is not working.
Are there quality control in player?
 
504 - Gateway Timeout . That’s an error.

We did not receive a timely response from the upstream server. That’s all we know.
