Yes, and unfortunately while some of them have no patience, they expect us to have God patience for them. Even God patience ended and he punished us with COVID-19. :)

What 14 days? You requested a payout and then it wasn’t issued and I refunded your payment and you requested another payout which has been issued within the same week.

So may I ask you why do you follow such malicious behavior and try to mislead the people by saying there is a payout that was pending 14 days?

You requested your payout 10th, and it was approved yesterday with the compensation. You contacted us yesterday and I told you it will reach your wallet within 12 hours, and here is the comment:

You came today, and said you didn’t receive your payment since 14 days, while it was requested 6 days ago, and approved yesterday, and also we told you it will be issued this morning.

Accordingly, you will get your payout as stated, with the compensation, but further payouts will not include any compensation.

But because I didn't do that, I never said that I had payment pending for 14 days. I said that I don't receive money because the company they used to make a mistake and didn't deposit.

please do not take away the compensation and worked hard for it

Did we steal something from your income? What if our servers didn’t crash and there was no compensation? How will you pay your invoices?

You request at 10 and got payed at 16, why lie about not getting paid for 14 days?

because the payment that I requested on day 3 that was approved on day 10 was not deposited in my account and was refunded to account and therefore I requested it again on day 10 and it was approved on 16 but also not deposited only I did not see that I had to wait 12 hours, understood only 6 hours

It was just that I did not know how to explain why it was my mistake

It was refunded and added to your account, you issued new request and got approved.
Meaning nothing is wrong, you still have your money on your account.
He also answered you and give you an ETA for 6-12 hours.

You have the ETA dude, nothing to worry about.


If it’s BTC, please wait for 6-12 hours maximum. There is some technical issues with automatic calculation and I am doing manual one.
