I tried a VPN connection with the mentioned location and it seems to be fine for me. Please make sure they have a proper internet speed considering your files sizes. It’s also recommended to wait for your files to be encoded before sharing them to your users so they can have better experience even if their internet speed is lower than the average since the file size will be reduced after the encoding and consume less bandwidth for them.

The counting system of downloads is different since it doesn’t count downloads that came from those who viewed the video or those who downloaded the file using external tools, besides other factors. So in short language; I would say half or little more are counted but the rest aren’t. However, some users don’t feel comfortable with that so we offer them the option to disable downloads of their files in order to force their users to watch their videos as it would be the only option.
