Hi,

What a noob like me should know before starting this, i'll tell you what i'll do.

i'll download datalife engine and create a customise theme, found offshore server.
obey to seo rules and only target the freshest anime then upload them. then comeback here when i have an average traffic and ask help for anime uploader.

is that's all ?

Kind regards.

I'd suggest using a custom script to avoid looking just like another kid site that is like a copy of everyone else's site that look the same. Every type of niche has their own custom needs, thus demands custom data format. Making a "movie streaming" work like an anime site is doable, but it won't look that well since most anime are TV series with each title having multiple episodes.

Here's an example of a site I wrote myself specifically for anime streaming. You'll see nothing like it, since I coded it myself while taking consideration on how the data is organized: Episode system, custom anime taxonomy, multiple video system with audio/subtitle format, a customized search logic for advanced filtering, etc.

Hacxx Movies Direct Access (2019)

Example:

Use Remote Upload feature on Video hosting sites. You can upload more than a TB in 12 hours or better.

woa thx man, i wanted to use vshare.io. but tbh i wasnt sure what it will look like. but now i have an idea of what it's look like.
you a cool dude

what do you mean by custom script ? i heard that a lot, is that mean a website coded fom the bottom ?

i dont know, im hesitating about starting from the bottom because there is so many features to do .
is that worth it ? but its true your V2 is clear simple, it's just beautiful it's what people need.

idk if you heard about headless CMS. it take only the backend of the cms and you do the front-end.

what do you think about this:

link : headless-cms

is it better to do back-end/front-end or to do only the front and use a headless cms ?

Custom script means yea, you do everything from scratch with the help of existing modules or framework (django, flask, endless, etc) of course. This is to accommodate any custom features or functionality you want for your website.

Versus wordpress which is a CMS designed for blogging. It takes a roundabout way of making it behave like a movie site.

The goal of making a streaming site is to make it as automated as possible with scripts (crawling, scraping, uploading), otherwise you'd be spending your whole life uploading and updating movies/shows. Think in long term, you have three golden assets:

1. Database - If you have a huge database, you can easily repopulate any site, you can even sell a clone site
2. Website - UX Design is important, think about what problem users have/need on other streaming sites, solve that for them and they will pledge their loyalty to your site instead.
3. Traffic - Millions of ways to do it, you just need a few consistent ways to bring in traffic.
