Hi!

I had the same problem as some posts in the previous pages, more than 70 videos have been deleted from my account for no apparent reason. Some of them were still working last night, I guess the files expired and there was a "catch up".

Motivated to upload some files again from 'ftp upload', the videos are corrupted when the upload is finished. The snapshot doesn't exist, and the screen stays black when I try to play the video. I have to go through the 'file upload' section for the video to play properly on GoUp, with the thumbnail.

With the problems encountered on access to GoUp over the last few weeks, the upload from the site works partially (error 502 or "Generating links" loop). Often, I am unable to upload my videos correctly, even from the ftp upload.

I think that these are common problems beyond your control, but I wanted to let you know. :ok_hand:

I had problems with some files, which they sent to the folder as deleted because they have continuous visualizations.

I have put them to recover files and without problem, but this because it happens? First time of this.

It's a security limit not something global for everyone. Use VPN or wait for 7-15 seconds.

He literally posted a link one post above yours where it is explained shortly.

I also have 153 deleted files but they were old. But I am a bit confused because I am in the VU Program ^^
I assume this is just a big cleanup of old files which had not been deleted but should have been deleted earlier.

This is only in the morning. The total of deleted files exceed 2000 videos .

As I think if old or expired files are deleted you cannot recover them
But my files still recover, I get 502 errors while opening only one tab

No worries. We will reduce the security limits ASAP.
 
Please please have a look at my case. I don't want to dumb the thread so I send you a PM. For hours, I tried all, FTP, browser upload and remote but barely succeed, file error or stuck
