Also I have problems with the streaming speed.
I tested the speed by trying to download the stream:

It needs ~30 minutes for a 24 minute video. So unfortunately it buffers and buffers... Could you check that please?
If users get buffering all the time, they will change the hoster. And when we only have GOU Streams, they will leave the whole website.

Whenever you download a file, the speed will be limited. The streaming speed is unlimited and the priority is tje streaming speed not the download one.

If you tried to download the streaming link the system will think this is a regular download process, so please stop doing this to avoid unstable streaming experience.

The streaming experience should be excellent, untill you try to trick the system or use some automated softwares as the system will limit the speed on you.

I know how downloads work GOUnlimited. The streaming speed is not unlimited. If it woud be unlimited, the stream wouldn't buffer. I only made a download of the stream to check the speed. And the speed is below the bitrate of the video which means it's gonna buffer^^

No one used Adblock or any other software. And everyone said that the stream is buffering every couple seconds. I also made a recording of it buffering: https://streamable.com/3u4sy (Was able to watch 12 seconds of the video in 1 minute)
I'm asking you politely to really have a look into that.:smile:

Yes, in some cases our load balancers can't identify the overloaded videos and transfer them into another servers, but that's a rare case. However, in such cases you can contact us with the affected video/s links so we transfer them manually into another servers within minutes, that's why we're available.. to assist you with similar situations.
 
No anger, but there has been a problem for a few days now with streaming speed. I just tested two more services and the result is on the video.

Streaming speed: ProStream (no adb) vs GoUnlimited (no adb) vs UpStream (use ad block and other script)

We do load balancing constantly to make sure the streaming experience is excellent. However, during the weekends the streaming stability maybe affected, but we take the necessary actions very quickly, so no worries sir.

The problem is that I am not checking any videos for speed problems. No uploader does that. I just hear complains all the time :D I can't message you for every video
And hearing those complains makes an uploader unhappy - because the uploader is losing views. People are switching to another whole website...
I know that you try to fix it with load balancing etc. but the thing everyone sees is: It's not working very well.

That's impossible.
I only need few links like 1-5 to identify the servers IDs only.
I will take the necessary for you and balance the load for all servers today.
 
File Hosted on the server FS74, FS135, FS86 (no load video), FS34 (no load video), FS78 (very slow and buffering), again FS34 (no load video), FS117 (video buffering), again FS34 (no load video), FS37 (no load video), FS82 (no load video), FS84 (video buffering), .....

I checked randomly how some of the videos work, there is definitely a problem in server FS34.

FS38, FS85, FS116 & FS36 are also buffering.

this good bro
but now it's very embarrassing. These players have appeared since sep 2019 website traffic is only 100000 because they're new, they're less used, they're faster It's a basic logical question.

and you can't confirm where their team came from, and it's likely to close again
so you can't talk about these players together

100000 vs 15300000 what do you think?

But it's also true that the play speed of gounlimited is slow. There may be too many people

We can only ask them to solve this problem as soon as possible.
