Your case is isolated, as far as we saw. We have checked all recent uploads in order to check if it's a major issue or not, but after our immediate check we didn't find anything similar happened to other user.When you upload videos, check if they are completely or only partially encoded.
In my case, many videos that I watch for 20 minutes are reduced to 5 minutes for example.

You also mentioned previously that you're using special MP4 Codec that is not even playable before the encoding process. Can you please check your "Special MP4 codecs" that you mentione previously causing the issue you mentioned?
How we are supposed to know what is the original length of your video if it's in MP4 and not even playable? Which is a different case itself. You mentioned that your videos are facing some problems (after the encoding) but it's not even playable before that, so we're not able to find out the real length of the video before the encoding process gets completed, and in the other hand no one reporyed such problem previously.
So we're not in the right situation to investigate, check or even solve something that we don't have control over its source (your content), and since it's not a playable format (while it's MP4) we can't review the video before the encoding process gets completed.
We highly recommend you to stop this "Special MP4 codec" because as far as we say, it's causing you an issue that we never faced over the 4 years we existed.

I know you're using some kind of translation systems to read/write but the thing I mentioned previously that your case is isolated and we're investigating on it, as we never saw such situation before, and by checking your "Special MP4 codecs" we realized its not a proper one since the metadata of the MP4s are preventing your videos from being playable before the encoding process gets completed.It may also be that users do not realize, so it is better for people to check their charges.
And with these files except on this server I had never had problems.
The streaming stability should be fine by now, the streaming issues we had during the last 3-4 days was caused by multiple hosts terminating their services which forced the people to migrate to use by uploading all of their content at once and urgently. We added more than 230 streaming server so far, which improved the streaming stability. We did our best and sorted the situation faster than expected, and if you have the time just compare our streaming speed with any other host now and see the difference by yourself, don't just take my word.There was some problems with file manager. Not showing number of files in folder, can't sort file by name or upload date. And blank page after uploaded happen sometimes. The most important thing is I just hope streaming sever back to normal. I got a lot of comments claim that they can't stream or player loading forever and I still feel so bad for my users that they click on ads but cant view anything cause of slow speedI know you working so hard on this right now, so thanks you and keep on supporting bro

I uploaded my own website files through the FTP half an hour ago, and everything went as expected. Could you please kindly recheck if the upload tasks went successfully? Make sure to clear your FTP software cache constantly as well.seems like the best way to upload now is the web upload, every file i upload through that is playable, FTP is hit and miss at the moment
