Besides that, he should offer PayPal instead of WebMoney; I wouldn't use WebMoney for any reason since I won't be able to request a chargeback if the service was a scam unless you have a proper Visa or Master credit card that has scam insure and I believe 99.9999% of webmaster don't have that.
