is hosted at webthosting , where is the problem?

Hey,

Your hosting provider(webthosting) uses csf firewall and by default csf is configured to limit incoming ICMP(ping) packet rate.

No worries, the site is loading just fine. The results at just-ping are like this due to "ICMP_IN_RATE". If webthosting put "ICMP_IN_RATE = "0" into csf.conf results at just-ping will be fine.
 
Not really Webthostings fault server was down this time, Leaseweb should recruit more technicians :). Lets hope server will stay up now and no more unlucky hardware failures.
 
They say they were very busy during this time/perhaps now also, their system got hacked and is not yet fully recovered yet. They are working on that which made them the delay - their excuse.
 
Rofl they suck!

I was hosting rs2rs.com there first because some dooshe at DP told me it was okay to do so. They suspended me. That was not the problem! They unsuspended me and gave me 12 hours to delete the rs2rs script. ( Altough rs2rs.com wasnt pointing to their server anymore but back on the dedi at OVH ).
They mailed me at 22.00 with that notice! But since i'm a student, it was impossible for me to get that file deleted under 12 hours.
I wasnt about to cry for those ~$5 but it did hurt!
I then bought a second package for 1 site. ( picfreak.us ) wich is a simple imagehost with 30 visits/day!

After a few days my account got hacked. ( No idea how, gmail account was intact [ IPlog says i'm the only one accesing )
They dont offer customersupport when you dont have an account, so i had to create a new account to get my old account working!
So I did! ( tried their offline support at the main page, but those messages never seem to arrive )
I bought a new package so I wouldn't lose too many visitors.
I also created a ticket where i asked if they could please re-unsuspend the first package OR add up the days it was suspended to the package I was using at that time. And i asked for a refund of the second package i had at my first account.

They ignored most questions and said i had to pay an invoice because i used a coupon twice! I understand thats not allowed but i dont get that has to do anything with my ticket... Besides, if i wouldn't have lost my previous packages, this wouldnt be needed!

Then they told me rs2rs.com was active!
It was active at that time, but only because i bought a new package!
I never got to see any help/refunds!

Their load is pretty high to and they have quite allot of downtime!

I'd stay away of this host!


You were using public rapidleech/RS2RS which was overloading the shared hosting server. And you were on the verge of crossing more than 4 TB bandwidth transfer which is unacceptable as it is abusing the server.

We notified you well in advance and gave you time.

But you said you had school so you could not remove it.

In the first place you abused the shared hosting server by using public RS2RS and causing high server load which as per our terms gives us the right to terminate your account instantly without any notice at all.

I found your service on digitalpoint where *rapidleech* was in the title.
So i assumed you allowed bandwidth intensive shit.

The server load wouldnt have been that high, I still run thesame script.
It is indeed possible that I caused problems for other people so i understand you suspended me once.

I got 12 hours to remove the script. ( The domain didnt point to your server anymore, so I dont get why it was that big of deal ) But I got the mail at 22.14ish.
Even If I didnt go to school it would've been difficult.

I decided to buy another package and host my domain on your site and iframe my script wich was then hosted on a kimsufi server at OVH.
My password got magically changed and your offline support at the time was unusable. I tried sending a message using it, but it never arrived. SO i bought ANOTHER package, but ofcourse I had to create a new account.

With the new account active I could use the support-tickets again and inform you about the password issue. You guys changed back my password but I did lose a week. So I asked for a refund on that package and the first one as I felt I got misleaded. You denied this and suspended me again because I bought the third package with the new account using a coupon. And i refused to pay the 0.5 or whatever.

Some details might be wrong, as time erased my memory a bit.

1. As per our terms coupon abuse is not accepted. If you abuse the coupon, you have to pay the extra that you did not pay.

2. Even if you create 10 accounts we dont give info of one account to the other account holder even if the name is the same.

3. I am glad to see you are using dedicated server now.

Also, how do you stop the spam you send to ex-customers?
I am glad that someone is not abusing the shared hosting servers to use public RS2RS anymore.

If you do not want to receive announcements you have to open a ticket to get your account closed, that simple.
