well, it's disappointing. i've been asking for this feature many weeks before I decided to move completely to you, and now you are terminating it.
first of all choosing the generated images is not enough for my needs, since generated images are very random and generating a satisfactory frame is time-consuming, secondly, they are poor quality after encoding and it is impossible to put on them a logo or other information that allows your own picture.

kinda sad, but guess i have to switch for now to a host that allows that, until you re-enable it.

Or use this upload form to upload to GoUnlimited:

Thanks so much for very quick response!
I will wait and hope IT team can solve this problem, this is the only wall left that prevents me from transfering my files from Openload to GoUnlimited.

I think that's because of selected servers, not the location, but: Test Location Germany / Netherlands / France multiple browsers

Btw: I want to remind you again of the malfunctioning API upload, I know you're working on it, just as a reminder because it has not been fixed for several weeks. :)

Regardless the file size, the opening timr depends on the video length. Longer = more time to open.

No worries about the API. We’re working on it.

I know that this is the Level 3 Domain of Amazon Services (AWS), and that’s why I said it doesn’t belong to us. If you think we can use Amazon Cloud, or Google Cloud for pirated contents, that would be more than funny sir.

Most services that use the Level 3 are chrome plugins.

I never said you can use Amazon Cloud or Google Cloud for pirated contents. In future don't blatantly try and deter from the subject at hand.

Neither us or the ads network are doing “mining”. Anyone can test by himself to see.

We previously told you it doesn’t belong to us and we don’t do such thing. But you keept pumping the subject so we had to tell you neither us or the ads network we use are doing mining through Level 3 of AWS.

What subject you think we changed, sir?

Hello,

The company we’re using to process the users payouts toke the whole week (from lst Monday to yesterday) as a holiday for the labour day. They decided to process limited payouts during their holiday.

Everything should be back to normal within the next Monday.

Yes, understandable, but please try it yourself, how long does it take to click on the video when the video starts to play?

For comparison, the same video needs only 2-4 seconds to start at VeryStream: https://verystream.com/stream/JsSbm8SCStG/1047bfe483d010e763c11f26ddb8

It's not about comparing your hoster with others, but this is definitely a mistake, that's not normal. I would like to use your hoster as the main hoster on my websites, so I would be happy if you can fix the problem. It's not just a video, but almost all of them, so extremely slow loading, I mean none of my users will want to use the hoster.

You're right, sir. The video is still loading for me for over 60 seconds. I checked the server that is handling the video and it seems that it's overloaded.
I am moving the affected files (including the one you reported) into another serversnow. It should work perfect when the transfer process is completed.
