As you said, we have less buffer than other hosts in this field, because of the resources we prepare for this event. But even with the prepared resources the system can't handle the event probably due the traffic that no one can expect.

We do face a very unusual volume of traffic during this event, so as the other hosts you mentioned, no one can expect the volume of this traffic, exactly. We do add additional servers every week in order to keep up with the traffic increase we have, in order to avoid the "buffering" as much as possible, and it seems that we're doing a very good job since you mentioned that yourself.

However, we do admit that it's still not perfect, but we're offering the best streaming stability so far, and we're doing our best in order to improve it. :)

Maybe because most people are free on weekends and the weather is bad the servers are busy? Then everyone is sitting in front of a laptop, smartphone or mobile phone and watching series.

Especially now that Game of Thrones has been released.

Bandwidth and servers are not free.

Yes, we're happy that this industry people are moving to us, but we're also sad that Openload had to take such hard decision.

The admin asked us to add massive number of dedicated servers during the next 48 hours in order to handle the expected increase from Openload PPV interested users. We're expecting a huge increase because of Openload decision and we're preparing for that.

Hello everyone,

This is the admin Bader Alajmi again. :)
I am supposed to be in vacation (actually, a vacation to study for my master degree) but not anymore, not after what I saw. I think I will delay my personal plans a little bit more.

We’re facing a massive number of new accounts and the people are moving thousands of Openload links to us. It’s causing Openload servers to be overload, which is also causing slow speed from their side so no one is able to move very quickly from them. Some people thinks it’s an urgent case to move from them.

People are also moving from Streamango/Cherry to us since they believe the same decision will affect them.

I already paid $3,500 today for OVH in order to have additional servers handling the situation. These servers won’t increase Openload URL upload speed cuz they’re already overloaded, but it will improve our streaming stability for our service since we’re now having half if not more of Openload users.

We’re really overloaded today, like no time ever. I will make sure to handle this situation properly ASAP.
