Second, so many users are uploading today through the URL method (like every Sunday) so it's causing a little bit more time for our system to handle the queue.
However, don't worry. I will call my IT team now to enable more servers to handle the URL queue.
Can we load subtitles directly in URL?
For example, in Openload it's possible to load external subtitles from URL in video, and it will automatically load the subtitle in video:

In Rapidvideo the same:
https://www.rapidvideo.com/e/{$object_code}/?c1_file={$first_subtitle_url}&c1_label={$first_subtitle_label}&c2_file={$2nd_subtitle_url}&c2_label={$2nd_subtitle_label}&.... etc
