I don't stick to your service but I used to be satisfied before when you were honest and reliable. As you might think it is hard work to change all links and upload old files to other hosters. So what is still online stays with BP, new stuff is uploaded to the honest services.

The some main advertisers stopped paying us, so the rates is dropped back to before. You are asking us to raise the rates to impossible situation.
Just found uncoverted avi / wmv files uploaded a whole week ago!
Maybe you should disable or at least throttle the uploading function until the conversion queue gets emptier? I understand that the encoding capacities are limited or overloaded but the whole site is full of unconverted and unplayable videos right now. Why can't you make videos get visible only after conversion has finished? Noone needs to see unplayable files on the site. Very annoying user experience.

I'm not talking about my videos, as I said I already switched to other site which works flawlessly for my new vids.
Was just trying to give you a suggestion as your site is unusable for EVERYONE when there are tons of unconverted videos.
But obviously you don't care about it, otherwise you would at least react like an adult and not like a prima donna.

Partly a repost since I originally posted in the Rapidvideo thread...
I am disappointed with Bitporno. I posted Pretty Baby (1978) with Brooke Shields and it was on the front page, featured, and still is. I also posted La Fonte des neiges (2009), ripped from the German public television channel "Arte", and it was played at the Brooklyn Film Festival in 2010, was also on the front page- featured, but after nearly 1,000 views on the front page it was deleted like it was some kind of child pornography while Pretty Baby sits on the front page unscathed. Both films are considered a masterpiece and neither are even considered pornography. I went ahead and removed my videos. Please delete my account as well and donate my worthless $7 to the homeless.Also, no response from the support page so don't waste your time people, and most of the new uploads wont play due to site scripting issues with encoding. Ive been on the site a long time and it breaks often. The last time I used Bitporno it was flagged by Firefox as a "Malicious Site" so I went elsewhere. I cam back a number of many months later and many of the problems are still there and others are patched by simply by removing troubled features, such as the custom thumbnail for the video. Why not fix them instead? That is the main reasons people click a video is the catchy and attractive thumbnail. It sucks when you can't pick it- especially when it's a key marketing feature. From what I've seen in 2 years the site just gets worse and more unusable, like it is right now.
