This is just my insight though.
In regards to revenue part.
It all depends on how many ads the users click or view. Plus just appreciate that they have great streaming speeds for almost all users that are in the 3rd world country and are ignoring DMCA's.
Not really supporting them or what. But If you're unhappy with the service go look for another one.
In my case. I use this one and the other one as a backup. You guys could just find another one to work with though. No need to flame.

We're the most service that appreciate its users and we treat them like they're partners and not only users. If you think that you're being slaved I guess that something has to do with your personality, maybe you like to be slaved.
Ask any of our users and they will tell you how warm we treat them.

I do not understand what the image you attached has to do with your personality? Is your personality about money, are you saying that all you care about and hungry for is money?

However, regarding the slow speed remote upload; please beware that the remote upload speed is the remote server speed and not ours, for example if you tried to remote upload a video from Openload, the remote upload speed will be the "outgoing" speed of Openload servers so if that thing is being slow it means the server that is sending the video is slow. Our service is a receiver only when it comes to remote upload and the sender is the responsible for the upload speed and the sender in this case is the service that you're trying to upload their videos links.
I suggest you to choose a time where the service you're trying to upload from has no load or a time that doesn't considered as a peak time, like morning.

No problem mate! We're here to help, always.
I recommend Openload or RapidVideo because our servers are based on the same provider that they're based on both, so the transfer could be somehow local within the same network, which should be fast in most cases.
But, even so, the upload speed from their services could be slow like 400-700 Kbps during peak times which is the middle of the day (afternoon) and the end of the day (at night), I am pretty sure the morning timeframe is the best to upload because their servers would be very fast as there is no load on their servers.
