Im not answering to "one line support", you need to provide full details how can it reproduced etc, i am not repeating myself over and over again. Sorry.

Did you even check my account id? it's easily to see everything from your backend right?
I used your API to add remote links. After adding those remote links and waited for few hours thanks god it was finally done but when I opened the link from Video Manager and clicked to play button nothing to be shown but only ads.
