A whole year has passed. I still have not received payment. The reason is that I can not disable security-mode. I applied for support. They answered me next:


"...Therefore, you can only request a payout of your balance by providing a telephone number and enabling the two-factor authentication.

For this reason, your payout was rejected by our compliance department. You can specify a phone number in the member area and request a new payout with the Two-Factor_Auth.

I wrote to them that I can not turn off the security-mode, because I do not get permission from them for my email. I suggested that they send permission to another my email.

In response - silence. Support is not responding. Here is my story...
 
Yesterday support asked me next:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your enquiry.

We would like to inform you that we have changed the e-mail address of your account.
We advice you to go through the verification process again.

Thank you for using our service.

Similar information I received a year ago still. Probably need to wait another year
 
hey guys,
at the payment page what does it mean "hold" I only received payments with bank transfer yet and there was only checked and paid... now somehow I could ask for Bitcoin and now its "hold" I know its a profitable strategy on BTC but not on my payment:emoji_laughing:
