dont know why they give me free premium but they dont give bandwith to download

Same for me. I don't get a point.

They do not give download bandwith for uploaders, only storage and inactive files delete protection

Not sure, but think that if they gave you premium account your files should not be deleted until premium is active.
Ask them via email, they will give you info you need.
