You requested over 6 times last 12 month till now. And you always complain that someone requested the payment.

I think your computer is infected with viruses and backdoor software.

I cannot repeat this every month for you with setting a new password. If you lost it too much, then its your problem.
 
The password is already sent, you know, Yahoo is not working with all Hosts.

So you complained at many hosts, is there a issue with your Internet? Can you provide me details about your internet service name or at least a sample IP?

I don't want it to sound like whining, but why did you moved video quality option outside the player controlers bar?
This may not be an issue when you're visiting a file on the rapidvideo site, but it doesnt look good when you use embeds.

Because i have to do the development of custom plugins for VideoJS otherwhise if i want to have them like before, which could take me some weeks, which i am trying to do the migration step by step. VideoJS is more light-weight and faster than JWPlayer, honestly...

Don't worry, the quality menu will come integrated into our VideoJS player as soon as possible for Desktop users. I write a plugin for it currently.
 
any chance to allow free user to download files (not original one, 720p,480p quality version) if they want? and until file encode not finish allow user to download file.
 
720p download speed only stuck to 128kb/sec. tested from home pc and from server as well.

1hour 28min video approx 1.2 GB, require 2hour 30min or more to download. not sure if i tried in peak hour or it's normal speed. any chance to increase the download speed. and streaming speed looks fine 700~800kb/sec
