you dont understand to me, i do a download test for a file as unregistred user and the download speed was 50k and im using: PPD 100% of Downloads/Download Speed 100K /captcha and countdown included
Chargebacks are usually not caused by the pausing of uploads. Please check if you deleted a lot of files accidentally because I saw the complaint:
Downloaders always become angry when they found a lot of dead links after they puchased premiums. It's the most common reason. Also, please develop an automatic way to monitor all your file servers. The service quality issue is often the second factor. And the third factor is that you made too many uploaders so angry that they delete all their files and leave.
Common concepts are simple:
1. Premium download speed cannot be slow.
2. Old links cannot be dead, masked or disappeared.
I've never heard a filehost got attacked by a lot of chargebacks because some of their uploaders are on vacation. However, I heard some filehosts hire people to apply a lot of credit cards, buying premiums and asked for refunds repeatedly in order to destory competitors.
If you really care about the Japan traffic, you could monitor the thread if you can read Japanese: link . There are some jargon, but you only need to know kat means KatFile. The forum system will close a thread automatically when 1000 posts are reached. Someone will open a new thread before there are 1000 posts. They are all downloaders living in Japan, and the earliest thread was before 2011. Now it's the 181th thread.

Please implement it to track chargebacks and you can just reject payments for users who caused a lot of refunds. People have their own policies and strategies to publish files. Forcing uploaders to upload files more frequently is a bad idea. It hurts your service quality and downloaders will have worse experience. Rejecting payments by speculating reasons is awful. You have to reject payments according to collected evidence instead of a naive criterion.

I have just tried to download a file from KatFile, and Norton Security 2017 blocked the page after the counter went to zero.
Reason: Web Attack: Malicious Toolkit Website 14
No matter if it's a false alarm, it defames you a lot. Please hire a person, give him some virtual machines with various installed anti-virus softwares, ask him randomly download some files everyday, and report false alarms to the corresponding antivirus companies. I know antivirus software likes to bark anytime, but we cannot ask downloaders to uninstall it.
