You should select on PPD4 for complete downloads . PPD1 is very hard download and its for professional uploaders
 
lol you say its harder to download from katfile with 100kb/s then from gigapeta with only 25kb/s ?? :facepalm:

gigapeta count also only completed downloads

Maybe we should count only completed downloads and remove incomplete dls from on reports , because it makes you mistake

Before doing so, let's debug the stats system first.

I'm still unable to understand what the number 617 means:

It's the stats on 1st April, so we can believe any delays you mentioned are done.

I copied all rows and paste them to here: https://pastebin.com/C6yNCCJY
According to the result of the Linux command "wc -l", we can easily know there are 704 rows.The output of the command "grep '$0.0000' | wc -l" shows 459 rows contain the string $0.0000, and the output of the command "grep -v '$0.0000' | wc -l" shows 245 rows don't contain the string $0.0000. So, what does the number 617 mean?

It doesn't happen on 1st Apirl only. It happens everyday, so I'm curious about it.

You can pick any PPD and it will still be the same. This guy don't care for anyone as long he makes his money off the ads and ect.

Let see what happen on April 5th

it is still ZERO after a few days, that cannot be because the previous episode tons of people are downloading.
after some troublesome, i confirm some of your downloading servers are not counting like s103 s19 (s90) etc... may be you want to take a look at it.
