@KatFile: Please help me confirm if the operation sequence could be counted properly.
Step 1. Download a file and cancel the download job before it's completed. (It should show a 0$ record on the report page.)
Step 2. Re-download the same file and make sure the download job is completed.

Will it be still a 0$ record or counted as a successful download?

I doubt that your system only logs one item per IP for each file. Once an unsuccessful record is present, it won't be able to overturned even if the same person has tried again and completed the download job.

No its not $0 we count the files of re-downloads
 
buddy fix your server. don't let us download to the last 98% and then it don;t go through. we don't like to waste time.
