Firstly KeyTraderz,
Going by the "Sale of goods act 1979" it says that if you have "just changed your mind" and the product is as advertised then your not entitled to a refund.
If the product does not meet the description given by the seller then you entitled to a full refund!
if the product is damaged to the extent that the product can not be used for its intended purpose then your intitled to a refund of any monies OR the equivalent in other products.
Also it states that your intended to a "Credit Note".
This is the way market works my friend
